Will the tumbler boots and bracelet stacks fit my tumbler?
Our Silicone Tumbler Boots and bracelet stacks fit tumblers with a diameter of 2.8-3 inches on the bottom. Please make sure to check the size before ordering. Returns will not be accepted due to sizing. Contact us if you have any questions regarding sizing. Please keep in mind bracelet stacks work best with a tumbler boot to stay in place.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
Refunds and exchanges are accepted for items that are delivered defective and damaged and you have contacted us within 3 days. Please contact us and send an image of your damaged item along with the packing slip. Items must be returned for a refund. While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we will be sure to resolve the situation the best we can.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled prior to shipping. Once the package is with the carrier or you have received a shipment confirmation, we will not be able to change or cancel your order.

How long will it take to process my order? Lost/ Stolen/ or Delayed Packages? Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom orders will take longer depending on availability of items and size of order. When placing a custom order we will give you a window of time as to when to expect your package. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system. If you don't receive an email, make sure to check your spam folder and then contact us.
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment.
